Make An Appointment?
If you wish to arrange an appointment, please call into or telephone the surgery between the hours of 9.00am - 12 noon and 2.00 - 6.00pm.
In an effort to keep waiting times to a minimum, doctors allow up to 10 minutes maximum for each appointment and every effort should be made to keep to appointment times. If you feel that your appointment may take longer, prior notification will be required.
Should a patient request to be seen by a named doctor we will endeavour to meet your request when possible.
The appointment system is designed to assist in the smooth running of the surgery, but should you need to be seen urgently, this can be arranged, although not always with the doctor of your choice.
Patients who are unable to attend an appointment must contact the surgery to cancel, thus freeing the appointment for another patient.
The practice operates a monitoring programme and patients who constantly fail to attend appointments may be removed from the list.
