Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

You can come to surgery and order your repeat prescription during normal surgery opening hours or you can write to us enclosing a stamped, addressed envelope. Telephone requests for repeat prescriptions can be made via the designated prescription line, 01792 894443, which is open between 9.00 - 11.30am and 2.00 - 3.30pm. Outside these hours, this prescription line is used as an emergency line.
In addition, you may e-mail your request to our practice manager. Please enquire at reception for further details.
You must allow 48 hours between making your request and collection. Repeat prescriptions will only be issued for medication which is currently being prescribed to you by a doctor.
